This years swine flu is out and running rampant throughout the business world. It’s called Douche Bag Syndrome and if you know anyone that has it or has been exposed I beg you to stop what you are doing and run in the opposite direction. There are a few tell-tale signs of DBS but the most obvious one is the sudden need to pick up the phone and randomly call complete strangers and say “can I please speak with the person in charge of your IT solutions?”

This disease is fatal (to your career). It starts by stripping you of all potential to earn money. Your spouse will eventually leave you. Your friends will hate you. Small children will stick their tongue out at you. Stray cats will cross the street when you walk by. I know. It’s horrific. If you have already been exposed there is only one known cure. I’m so sick and tired of hearing about how frustrated and defeated you are because of all the negativity you encounter. Boo-fucking-hoo you big baby. It must be terrible to have to call a complete stranger and risk hearing the word “no.” Do you have any idea how lucky you are to be living in the greatest country in the world? How lucky you are to have the opportunity to put money in your pocket just by picking up the phone? Are you kidding me?
